Fuck motivation. it’s a fickle and and unreliable little dickfuck and isn’t worth your time.

Better to cultivate discipline than to rely on motivation. force yourself to do things. force yourself to get up out of bed and practice. Force yourself to work. Motivation is fleeting and it’s easy to rely on because it requires no concentrated effort to get. Motivation comes to you, and you don’t have to chase after it.

Discipline is reliable, motivation is fleeting. The question isn’t how to keep yourself motivated. It’s how to train yourself to work without it.

The lonliest people always try to keep everyone around them happy and together. Because they know what it’s like to feel worthless to people who meant the world to them. Angry at themselves. Betrayed by once beloved people. Hated by special people. Sad about their condition. Sympathy towards themselves. The need to suicide. To have scars. To cry at night and sleep at day. To have an inner voice which screams hate and sorrow. To sleep all day or not sleep at all. To eat like a cow or faint of low blood sugar. To not have someone to tell everything they feel. To lose the ability to trust people. But that’s not only feeling lonely, this is also depression. And it’s not as frolic as it seems to be to everyone else. It suffocates the last bit of hope in you. That you even forget what day this is.
